My role as a lead product designer involves leading the ideation process, collaborating with research, and creating innovative, user-friendly products through research and user insights. I work with the design and research teams to develop a seamless user interface that aligns with the product's goals, guidelines, and business goals.

The pandemic, such as COVID, is currently having a significant impact on our consumption patterns and lifestyles. All mass activities that used to be done offline are now being brought online, including experiences such as watching live music, workshops, and seminars. Vidio sees this as an opportunity to expand its market to the audio streaming and live event areas (e-concerts, podcasts, and e-seminars).

Design a design concept within Vidio for users to easily enjoy the audio streaming and live events (e-concerts, podcasts, and e-seminars) so that it can have an optimal impact on the growth of vidio.com's business."

Problem Statement

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on consumption patterns and lifestyles, leading to a shift from offline to online mass activities, including live music, workshops, and seminars. As a result, Vidio sees an opportunity to expand its market into the audio streaming and live event areas (e-concerts, podcasts, and e-seminars).

However, Vidio needs to design a product that allows users to easily access and enjoy this content to ensure optimal impact on the growth of the business. The challenge, therefore, is to create a design a new app within Vidio ecosystem that offers a seamless user experience for accessing and enjoying audio streaming and live events, ultimately driving the growth of vidio.com's business.

"Amid the lockdown, I've used audio streaming for music, podcasts, and virtual events. Recently, I attended a virtual concert with excellent streaming quality and interactive features. I also use Spotify and join Facebook Live events to stay connected and entertained during these times."

During the lockdown, I've discovered new audio content and virtual events through social media, friends' suggestions, and curated playlists. I use Instagram, Twitter, and the 'Discover' tab for finding content, though it could be more personalized. To decide on content or events, I consider the title, description, and reviews.

We add 2 feature to help user navigate in our app, first is search a standard feature to help user find their events and podcast, second is my library where you user can store their download podcast or what podcast they want to listen later same goes with online event where they can stored their event wishlist to easily find when they want to bought the ticket.

By assessing the key features of the app, we aim to identify areas for improvement, uncover potential pain points, and gather user feedback to enhance the product's design and performance.
